As Enterprise Risk Manager, you will anchor risk governance for Monzo Europe, embedding risk discipline across the EU and coordinating risk appetite, horizon scanning, and reporting to leadership. You’ll partner with first-line teams to strengthen risk culture while enabling innovation in a fast-moving environment. This role blends regulatory compliance with practical risk management to support safe, scalable growth across Europe.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Embed Enterprise Risk management activities across the organisation in collaboration with first-line teams
- Coordinate and maintain the Risk Appetite Framework and Statement for the EU
- Lead risk identification and materiality processes for all material risks
- Conduct risk horizon scanning and impact analyses, coordinating cross-business analyses
- Promote risk culture and deliver training and awareness programmes
- Maintain EU Risk Taxonomy and risk register with accurate risk classifications
- Support risk reporting to the Board and Executive Committees




- Assist governance committees with administrative coordination and process improvements
- Ensure effective implementation of Enterprise Frameworks, Policies and Standards in Europe
- Provide committee secretariat support ensuring regulatory compliance across EU

Responsabilidades

- Proven risk management experience in financial services within regulated environments
- Proficiency in ERM tools and processes (risk frameworks, governance, appetite, reporting)
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements from CBI, EBA, ECB/SSM and Basel frameworks
- Strong knowledge of digital xugodme banking products, operations and associated risks
- Excellent analytical, relationship management and communication skills
- Strong verbal and written communication with ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Thrives in a fast-paced, complex environment
- Passion for fintech and banking transformation in Ireland and the EU

- base salary 53,000 - 65,000
