As EPC Manager, you will lead end-to-end delivery of commercial u0026amp; industrial solar and battery storage projects, from pre-construction to handover. You will coordinate engineering, procurement, and construction with internal teams and external partners across Europe, focusing on safety, profitability, and quality. You’ll manage schedules, budgets, and risks while ensuring grid connection compliance and successful client handover.

This role sits at the intersection of engineering, procurement, and site execution to drive project success and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize delivery and support sustainable energy growth.

- Lead end-to-end execution of Cu0026I solar PV and BESS projects
- Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and reporting
- Ensure safe, profitable, and quality-delivered projects
- Coordinate handover from sales/pre-construction through commissioning
- Identify and oversee subcontractors and EPC partners across EU (DACH, Italy, Spain, UK)
- Monitor KPIs, timelines, and cost performance




- Coordinate internal/external engineering teams for PV design, inverter and storage integration, grid connection, and construction drawings
- Support value engineering and optimization initiatives
- Coordinate procurement planning and delivery schedules for modules, inverters, storage systems, mounting structures, and BOS components
- Mitigate procurement risks and logistics delays
- Oversee construction execution, site safety, commissioning, and punch-list closure
- Act as primary client contact and manage relationships with utilities, authorities, and inspectors
- Provide regular project updates and executive reporting xugodme

Responsabilidades

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 5+ years in solar EPC or renewable energy projects
- Proven experience delivering Cu0026I solar PV projects
- Strong understanding of solar PV, inverters, battery storage, and grid interconnection
- Experience managing subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong commercial and contractual awareness
- Fluent English; German or Spanish required
