In this role, you will safeguard health, safety, and the environment across Vertiv’s Iberia operations. You’ll protect workers and assets by preventing incidents and environmental impacts, staying current with regulations, and providing field-level EHS support across sites and client facilities. You will represent Vertiv in safety coordination with customers and subcontractors, driving compliant operations.

This is an impactful role for shaping safe, efficient, and compliant Iberian projects within a global team.

- Conduct safety and environmental audits at sites and facilities
- Investigate incidents and implement preventive/corrective actions
- Provide Hu0026S training and guidance across all levels
- Maintain EHS procedures and records; participate in Hu0026S committees
- Coordinate access to client facilities with operations team
- Ensure compliance with environment, health and safety legislation
- Support EMEA EHS projects and international coordination
- Maintain CAE platform documentation and client documentation criteria




- Manage subcontractor and customer legal documents and workers’ safety documentation
- Coordinate external safety training and annual medical tests
- Represent the company in safety coordination meetings with customers
- Ensure 24/7 responsiveness to internal and external customers
- Track KPIs and maintain ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications

Responsabilidades

- Official Master’s Degree in Health and Safety (3 specialties)
- Master’s in Integrated Management Systems (Quality, Environment and Hu0026S)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Hu0026S and coordination of business activities xugodme
- Experience on construction sites and industrial environments
- Experience conducting Hu0026S or environmental audits
- Experience with online CAE platforms (e.g., Coordinaplus, E-coordina, CTAIMA, Nalanda)
- Experience with ISO 14001/45001 audits
- Advanced Excel and CAE platform management
- Driving licence (Category B)
- Willingness to travel across Iberia
- Knowledge of Portuguese Hu0026S legislation
- Spanish at native/full professional proficiency; English B2/C1; Portuguese conversational/professional
