In this Construction Estimator role, you will develop accurate cost estimates for a range of real estate and construction projects within a global consultancy. You will collaborate with project management, cost management and technical teams across design, tender and pre-construction phases to support informed commercial decisions. You’ll analyse drawings, market data and costs across offices, retail and residential sectors, contributing to value engineering and cost optimisation.

This is a fast-paced, collaborative opportunity to shape project delivery and client outcomes.

- Prepare detailed construction cost estimates and cost plans across multiple project stages
- Analyse drawings, specifications and construction documentation
- Support tender activities, including pre-tender estimates and commercial evaluations
- Review contractor and supplier quotations
- Assist in benchmarking and market cost analysis
- Support procurement and tendering activities, including bid comparisons
- Contribute to value engineering and cost optimisation exercises




- Maintain estimating databases, pricing information and historical cost data
- Identify project risks, assumptions and exclusions within estimates
- Collaborate with Project Management, Cost Management and technical teams to support project delivery
- Prepare clear estimating reports and supporting documentation

Responsabilidades

- Bachelor in Technical Architecture or Construction Management
- Minimum 5 years of experience within construction projects
- Experience estimating within the real estate sector
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, costs xugodme and market pricing
- Ability to interpret drawings, specifications and technical documentation
- Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and estimating software/tools
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Fluency in Spanish and professional working proficiency in English
