Since then, we have scaled through both the online and offline channels and have established a presence through our retail stores, websites, mobile applications, and other channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Design seasonal and core eyewear collections (optical and sunglasses) aligned with brand strategy. Translate trend insights, consumer behavior, and market research into commercially viable designs. Develop sketches, CADs, and 3D models for new concepts.
- Work closely with product development, sourcing, and manufacturing teams to ensure design feasibility and quality standards.
- Oversee prototyping, sampling, and iteration cycles.
- Ensure material selection, color palettes,



and finishes are aligned with brand guidelines. Collaborate with merchandising and marketing teams for product storytelling and launches.
- Stay updated on general eyewear, fashion, and material innovation trends.
- Manage timelines to ensure on-time delivery of collections.

Key Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in eyewear design or accessories design (sunglasses/optical preferred). Strong portfolio demonstrating range across styles, materials, and design concepts.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and 3D/CAD software (Rhino, SolidWorks, or similar).
- Understanding of eyewear construction, materials (acetate, metal, TR90), and manufacturing processes. Strong sense of aesthetics, color, and form.
- Ability to balance creativity with commercial viability.
