Join the Business Control team supporting one of Ericsson’s Customer Units Western Europe and help improve how data, reporting, automation, and AI are used to drive business performance.
Working closely with Business Controllers and business stakeholders, you’ll contribute to financial and business analysis, reporting, dashboard development, process improvements, and AI‑powered ways of working.
What you will do
- Support Business Controllers in preparing financial and business performance analyses, including revenue, margin, OPEX, working capital, and incentives.
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI and Excel.
- Use AI tools such as Copilot, Everyday Assistant (Glean), and similar technologies to improve productivity and insights.
- Prototype AI‑powered workflows and automation opportunities.
- Connect, transform, and improve data from multiple business sources.
- Improve data quality and consistency used in forecasting, target setting, and performance follow‑up.
- Contribute to business analytics, forecasting, and decision‑support activities.
- Support presentations and business reviews for stakeholders.
Who you are
- Strong potential and excitement to learn, solve problems,
and make an impact.
- Currently enrolled in university pursuing a degree or master’s program.
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong interest in data, business analytics, automation, and AI.
- Comfortable working with data and turning information into insights.
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Strong problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
