As Financial Controller at Weir, you lead financial governance across multiple entities, ensuring IFRS-aligned reporting and audit readiness. You’ll manage a dispersed team and drive standardised finance processes to improve control and efficiency. You partner with internal and external stakeholders to resolve complex issues and safeguard balance sheet integrity.

Compensaciones / Beneficios

- Oversee financial governance and compliance across 10 entities in multiple countries with IFRS alignment and statutory reporting
- Lead and coordinate a geographically dispersed finance team and office managers to foster compliance and continuous improvement




- Engage with stakeholders to resolve complex financial issues and support audit processes
- Oversee treasury operations, cash flow, working capital forecasting, FX hedging, and bank account management
- Drive harmonisation and standardisation of R2R, P2P, and OTC processes across the region
- Travel as needed (primarily in Madrid), to coordinate with teams and stakeholders

Responsabilidades

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CIMA
- Experience leading multi-country xugodme accounting/finance operations
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, local statutory requirements, and SAP ERP
- Proven track record in financial governance, compliance, audit management, and treasury operations including FX management
