As a Fullstack Developer at AccessiWay, you will shape accessible web experiences for millions of users. You’ll work across frontend and backend, collaborating with a driven team to deliver high-quality, performant products. You’ll own features end-to-end, from UI polish to API design, with a focus on accessibility and robust testing. - Develop frontend interfaces using React/TypeScript with hooks, TanStack Query, Tailwind CSS, and Zod
- Build and maintain server-side logic including Lambda functions, ECS services, and REST APIs behind API Gateway
- Implement testing with Vitest and Playwright and participate in code reviews
- Optimize performance, monitoring, and error tracking with Sentry and ensure accessibility




- Design database schemas and queries for PostgreSQL/DynamoDB; decide when to use which storage
- Contribute to infrastructure as code and experiment with new technologies

Responsabilidades

- 3+ years of fullstack experience (frontend and backend)
- Fluent TypeScript for client-side and server-side development
- Hands-on experience with AWS services (Lambda, SQS/SNS, ECS, API Gateway, RDS/DynamoDB) xugodme
- Strong PostgreSQL knowledge (schema design, query optimization)
- Attention to UI polish, performance, and robust testing
- Ownership mindset and ability to deliver without supervision
