As Global Cyber Director, you drive the expansion and profitability of Santander’s cyber insurance globally. You will shape the strategic roadmap, grow partnerships, and integrate value-added services across Europe, LATAM, and the US. You’ll collaborate with insurers, brokers, tech partners, and venture capital to position cyber offerings as data-driven and customer-centric.

You’ll own global KPIs, including revenue, fees, and PAT, and lead cross-functional initiatives to simplify underwriting and expand distribution. This role offers impact at scale within a mission-driven, risk-aware bank.

- Lead global cyber insurance strategy and scaling across regions
- Develop strategic roadmap for cyber products, prevention services, and incident response
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with insurers, brokers, MGAs, reinsurers, and partners
- Drive commercial growth with sustainable underwriting and exposure management

- Collaborate with AI and data teams to enhance underwriting models and segmentation
- Manage relationships with carrier partners globally and with VC partners
- Evaluate and integrate cybersecurity technologies and incident response providers
- Partner with Santander insurance entities and Banking teams to drive distribution and cross-selling
- Develop and deliver training programs for specialized sales forces and brokers
- Improve cyber literacy and sales effectiveness across channels

Responsabilidades

- 10+ years in cyber insurance or related cyber risk organizations
- Proven track record scaling cyber insurance internationally
- Strong data-driven approach xugodme to cyber risk solutions
- Experience in Agile, cross-functional delivery environments
- Strong commercial acumen with Pu0026L and performance metrics
- Experience operating in Europe, LATAM, and US insurance markets
- Strong relationship management with insurers, brokers, tech partners, and exec stakeholders
- English and Spanish required
