In this role you will own and drive global OT standards and the lifecycle of process control infrastructure across Taste sites. You will harmonize architectures, reduce vendor lock-in, and build a knowledge base to enable scalable, compliant, and reliable control systems. You’ll act as the technical authority for site enablement, guiding multi-site deployments and modernization efforts.

Compensaciones / Beneficios

- Define and govern global, vendor-agnostic standards and reference architectures for level 1-2 ICS
- Establish URS/FRS frameworks to standardize design and lifecycle management across sites
- Drive harmonization of ICS architectures and reduce reliance on proprietary ecosystems
- Build and maintain a knowledge base of approved vendors, configurations, and reusable patterns
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for complex control system issues and design decisions
- Support equipment upgrades,



SCADA/historian deployments, and infrastructure modernization
- Lead site enablement, validation (FAT/SAT), and lessons learned for global standards
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with engineering and operations to drive consistent execution

Responsabilidades

- 8+ years in batch process industries (biotech, food ingredients, specialty chemicals, pharma)
- Strong hands-on experience with PLC/DCS, SCADA/HMI platforms
- Experience driving/global deployments of control systems and OT infrastructure

- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and ensure compliance
- Solid understanding of industrial communication protocols (PROFINET, PROFIBUS, Modbus, Ethernet/IP, OPC)
- Full professional proficiency in English
