About the job

Responsible for leading the Customer Master Data function within the Order to Cash (O2C) service line. The role ensures the development, implementation and continuous improvement of core processes, governance and data quality across all geographies.

Main responsibilities

- Define, develop, maintain and simplify core model processes for Customer Master Data, including customer creation, maintenance and cleanup.
- Document and keep current core model documentation (GOPs, Playbooks, Signavio process maps, DTPs).
- Lead the adoption and adherence of the core model across the organization, conducting audits and driving continuous improvement.
- Support internal controls and data quality to guarantee process compliance and performance.
- Lead and execute integral projects focused on CMD data cleaning, technology implementation and digital tool adoption.
- Collaborate with regional, local and cross‑functional teams to align practices and resolve gaps.




- Present findings and improvement opportunities to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

- 5 to 10 years of experience in Customer Service, Order to Cash and/or master data management.
- Strong knowledge of O2C and Supply Chain end‑to‑end processes.
- Expertise in commercial policies, pricing, rebates and invoicing.
- Proven project management and process review background.
- Experience with SAP (S/4 HANA, MDG, Condition Contract Management) and strong MS Excel skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering.
- Fluent in English (minimum B2).
- Excellent teamwork, communication and change‑management skills.

Benefits

Salary range: €59,600.00 – €79,467.00per year. Final compensation determined by experience and location.
