In this role you shape and execute global total rewards, performance management, and equity plans in a leading IT services context. You will align rewards with organizational goals, harmonize processes across locations, and partner with leadership on governance and executive pay. A key focus is driving efficiency, leveraging data insights, and enabling cross-functional collaboration to impact enterprise performance.
This position offers strategic influence, global scope, and opportunities to implement innovative approaches.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Develop and implement integral total rewards strategies including compensation, benefits, and incentive schemes
- Support the Allianz Technology People Committee activities and governance topics, including AEI plan administration
- Conduct market research and salary benchmarking to maintain competitive practices and equal pay standards
- Explore and lead ad hoc projects and assess new tools (GenAI, automation) to improve efficiency
- Harmonize compensation and performance processes across global locations for consistency and compliance
- Create and deliver communications on total rewards and performance management
- Provide expert guidance to HR business partners and senior leadership on rewards and performance matters
- Collaborate with Remuneration Committee and external advisors on executive pay decisions
- Participate in governance for rewards and performance including remuneration reports and disclosures
Responsabilidades
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field; minimum 10 years of experience in rewards, compensation and performance management or data analytics within a global organization
- Strong analytical skills with advanced MS Excel and the ability to interpret complex data
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
- Experience designing and administering executive compensation programs (STI/LTI, deferred, share-based xugodme plans) in regulated/financial environments
- Excellent project management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication; strong stakeholder collaboration in a global context
- Exposure to People/Remuneration/Nomination Committee processes and governance, including committee materials and disclosures
- Fluent in English; German or Spanish is a plus
- Basic knowledge of AI technologies and practical applications
