In this role, you will lead the global launch readiness learning strategy for BioPharmaceuticals Medical, translating medical strategy into role-based curricula and scenario-based practice. You will partner across the Therapeutic Area and markets to design cross-brand training that builds knowledge and capability in the pre-launch space. You will collaborate with Medical Affairs, Scientific Communications, MSL Excellence, and Global Capabilities to deliver engaging learning experiences and measure impact.

You will leverage AI-enabled tools to tailor learning and drive behavior change, while managing budgets and travel for key training events.

- Develop holistic therapeutics curricula spanning disease state, patient journey, and evidence




- Direct and collaborate with internal/external suppliers to produce innovative blended learning content
- Leverage adult learning principles and AI for impactful learning experiences and engagement
- Coordinate with global/local stakeholders to ensure awareness, adoption and synergies across functions
- Maintain content management strategy to keep assets current and accessible
- Establish metrics and feedback loops to measure business impact and drive continuous improvement
- Manage TA training budgets and travel for pre-congress and live events

Responsabilidades

- xugodme 5-7 years in biopharma with general and local Medical Affairs experience
- Advanced training in Learning and Development with evidence-based delivery of Medical/Scientific training
- Ability to translate medical strategy into concrete training deliverables and manage priorities
- Strong collaboration, communication, and relationship-building across cross-functional teams
- Experience with AI-enabled tools and digital literacy in a scientific context
