As Global Web Project Manager, you will drive growth and performance across Docplanner’s multinational web ecosystem. You’ll own KPIs like form submissions and lead generation, shaping CRO opportunities and conversion funnels. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to plan, prioritize, and deliver web initiatives across markets and languages.

This role combines hands-on optimization with strategic roadmap work to turn data into measurable performance improvements. You’ll join a global, impact‑driven environment that values results, ownership, and collaboration.

- Own performance and growth through websites across multiple markets
- Deliver web KPIs, especially MALs and MQLs
- Identify structural and UX opportunities to improve conversions
- Plan and execute CRO initiatives
- Plan and run A/B tests to optimize pages
- Optimize and create landing pages and conversion funnels
- Manage web QA to ensure high-quality, fast releases




- Analyze performance with GA4 and GSC; collaborate with Web Analyst to create optimization roadmap
- Lead end-to-end web projects from ideation to post-launch backlog; create project plans and align stakeholders
- Coordinate with Marketing, Web Developers, Web Designers, and the Web Analyst; manage multiple initiatives across markets

Responsabilidades

- 3+ years of web management experience in a B2B or SaaS environment
- Strong understanding of CRO and lead generation
- Experience with website xugodme analytics tools (GA4, VWO, Hotjar, etc.)
- Familiarity with CMS platforms, preferably HubSpot
- Project management skills with ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teams
- Fluent English
