In this senior leadership role, you will shape and scale the core engineering organisation that powers Allianz Partners’ data, analytics, and AI ecosystem. You will lead platform, infrastructure, backend, frontend, and business service teams, aligning engineering capabilities with strategic business goals. You’ll design the operating model, drive delivery excellence, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

- Translate engineering performance into business insights
- Establish hiring standards, onboarding, and career development
- Drive performance management, succession planning, and compensation calibration
- Champion employee engagement and leadership development initiatives

Responsabilidades

- Significant engineering leadership experience (12+ years) in software and technology organizations
- Proven success leading large engineering functions through managers and senior tech leaders
- Experience managing multi-team organizations with responsibility for people, structure, delivery, and performance
- Proven ability to scale teams, transform organizations, xugodme and build sustainable operating models
- Strong technical credibility across modern engineering environments (cloud-native platforms, Kubernetes, CI/CD, microservices, Java/Python, frontend)
- Experience designing and evolving engineering organizations and ownership models
- Understanding of how platform teams enable product teams and delivery momentum
- Strong commercial awareness of how engineering investment links to business outcomes
- Executive and senior stakeholder management and excellent communication skills
- Data-driven decision making and focus on outcomes
