In this role you will oversee field services across a large site or multiple sites, guiding teams toward achieving operational targets. You will drive the regional field service Pu0026amp;L, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and develop the regional service business and reporting. You’ll manage customer relationships, quotations, and service delivery to ensure safe, efficient execution.

Compensaciones / Beneficios

- Organize, control and lead field services business in the Sales Area and manage Field Service Engineers or Technicians
- Oversee field services Pu0026L in the Sales Area and prepare quotations for field service offerings
- Ensure timely, safe, efficient, and cost-effective execution of field service jobs within the region




- Develop customer relationships and expand field services business in the region
- Liaise with internal stakeholders at various levels
- Develop and maintain regional reporting systems
- Develop and motivate personnel
- Support regional spares, wears, upgrades and rebuild business development

Responsabilidades

- Engineering diploma/degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent
- At least 10 years of mining industry experience in maintenance and operation of mining plant
- At least 5 years of managerial experience and customer xugodme interaction
- Strong knowledge of equipment and site operations (mills, crushers, screens, thickeners; pumps and cyclones a plus)
- Strong commercial and financial understanding
- Good communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to travel
- Excellent oral and written communication; proficient in English; other languages welcome
