In this role you guide and grow KAM across strategic customers, shaping the account strategy and delivering exceptional value. You lead a high-performing team, build executive partnerships, and drive revenue and retention. You collaborate across Sales, Operations and Service to maximize impact for top customers. - Experience managing complex customer environments and long sales cycles
- Fluency in English/ Italian is an asset
