Role Description The Healthcare Specialist is a part-time, remote role responsible for supporting clients who are navigating health-related challenges alongside their personal development journeys. Day-to-day tasks include providing informed guidance on basic healthcare topics, collaborating with coaching staff to integrate health considerations into educational programs, and helping to create clear, accessible resources on wellness and safety.

The Healthcare

Specialist will respond to client inquiries within their scope of expertise, contribute to training materials that promote health awareness, and maintain accurate documentation of interactions and recommendations. This role also involves proactive communication, participation in virtual team meetings, and alignment with the company’s mission of empowering individuals through holistic support.

Qualifications

- Clinical and emergency care skills, including EMT experience and foundational knowledge of Medicine,



to provide informed, non-diagnostic guidance and support.
- Strong Communication abilities to convey healthcare information clearly, compassionately, and in alignment with coaching and educational objectives.
- Background in Healthcare and Training to develop or contribute to health-related educational materials, workshops, or resources.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, part-time environment, including reliable internet access, time management, and self-directed work habits.
- Experience collaborating in multidisciplinary teams, particularly in coaching, education, or wellness settings, is highly beneficial.
- Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., EMT certification, nursing, allied health) and familiarity with ethical boundaries and scope of practice are preferred.
