Receive up to €20,000 for a conference on the decolonization of Ukrainian art, a business course for veterans, a workshop on investigative journalism, a retreat for teachers from frontline cities, or another useful idea. The deadline for submissions is cyclical — the last day of the month at 3:00 p.m.
