In this VIE role, you will support the HR team across recruitment, payroll administration, and training, helping ensure accurate data and smooth HR operations. You will work closely with the Local Head of HR and other CAC subsidiaries in Spain to implement local and head office projects. You will coordinate training activities and subsidies, assist in trainee recruitment, and handle HR administration tasks such as benefits, appraisals, and reports.

This position offers exposure to cross-functional collaboration and the chance to contribute to HR processes within a multinational banking group.

Compensaciones / Ventajas

- Assist payroll documentation and benefits in kind reporting
- Maintain and audit HR databases (Local Access, Mercure II, MyDev)
- Collaborate with Local Head of HR on local and head office projects




- Support training management and public subsidies for employees (FORCEM)
- Assist in trainee and junior recruitment (offer publication, candidate research, interviews, fairs, headhunter links, closing process)
- Support HR administration and comp u0026 benefits tasks (insurance accounting, training needs extraction, cards, tickets, appraisals follow-up, reports, resignations, severance)
- Provide HR services to xugodme other Credit Agricole Group entities in Spain

Responsabilidades

- Fluent English
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to liaise with multiple departments (B/O, IT, Finance, Risk, Compliance, HR)
- Knowledge of labor regulation and payroll administration is an asset
- French knowledge is desirable
- EU citizen (except Spanish) and under 28 years old for VIE eligibility
