Spring Health seeks an Implementation Manager to lead customer onboarding from the sales transition to the handoff to Customer Success. You will be the primary implementation contact for EMEA customers and support US-based clients when time zones align. Manage end-to-end projects, define and align requirements, and convert bespoke requests into repeatable processes.

Collaborate cross-functionally to design scalable improvements and support sales in conveying a confident implementation path. This role enables you to shape onboarding for an AI-native mental health platform at scale.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Lead end-to-end project management for customer implementations
- Act as the primary customer contact during implementation and build strong relationships
- Define and align customer requirements internally and externally to ensure go-live
- Own non-standard customer requirements by turning them into repeatable processes




- Manage project plans for internal and external stakeholders with timely updates
- Identify onboarding risks and escalate to leadership as needed
- Collaborate cross-functionally to design scalable, automated improvements to the process
- Serve as SME on the implementation process for the team
- Support Sales to help prospects understand and feel confident about the implementation

Responsabilidades

- 3+ years in implementation, customer success, account management, client services, or client operations
- Experience creating cross-functional product xugodme requirements documents, SOPs, or playbooks
- Advanced experience with CRM and project management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Rocketlane)
- Strong listening and communication skills with a strategic problem-solving approach
- Ability to navigate internal and external teams and align stakeholders around complex needs
- Multilingual with fluency in English and at least one additional language relevant to the customers
