Daily Tasks
- Daily service monitoring ensuring high operational quality
- Management of critical P1/P2 incidents as technical owner
- Incident reduction through problem management and continuous improvement
- Support in new requests, changes, and infrastructure evolution
- Participation in technical projects and assessments
- Administration of on-premise infrastructures (Windows/Linux, hardware, SAN, virtualization)
- Management and optimization of VMware and Hyper V environments
- Automation of operational tasks (provisioning, patching, configuration, reporting)
- Continuous improvement of infrastructure security
- Obsolescence management and environment upgrades
- IT asset and inventory management
- Collaboration with application, connectivity, security, and cloud teams
