In this role you apply scientific methods to analyze and solve software engineering problems and contribute to the development, maintenance, and optimization of software solutions. You collaborate with fellow software engineers and stakeholders, supervising technical work and guiding junior teammates as needed. You build and apply engineering knowledge to meet standard expectations and drive project performance.

The position focuses on delivering reliable results through self-management, cross-functional teamwork, and informed decision-making aligned with the team’s goals.
