As an IOH Provider Claims SME, you will serve as the go-to expert for Claims processes, tools, and best practices. You will partner with Senior Supervisors to drive process excellence, mapping end-to-end workflows and guiding improvements across the organization. You’ll train colleagues, support onboarding, and act as a liaison with internal and external partners to ensure consistent, high-quality service.

Your work fuels operational efficiency, accuracy, and an enhanced customer experience, at scale across locations.

- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the relevant claims processes
- Act as expert user for the team’s tools and partner setups
- Serve as organizational ambassador for the knowledge area and point of contact for questions
- Represent the process in enterprise projects and stakeholder meetings; manage relationships with partners
- Identify, propose, and share opportunities for process improvement and innovation
- Map, document, and optimize end-to-end processes to boost efficiency, quality, compliance, and CX
- Identify bottlenecks, risks, and control gaps; conduct root cause analysis
- Maintain SOPs, workflows, and process maps; support knowledge management
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and monitor improvements using data and requirements




- Monitor KPIs; recommend enhancements to productivity and outcomes
- Support transformation initiatives through process expertise and mapping
- Provide on-site training and support for new hires; lead process walkthroughs and sessions
- Develop escalation paths and support BPO partners; address escalations
- Analyze performance trends and standardize procedures; drive efficiency
- Support design and documentation of improvements impacting Claims operations and BPO partnerships
- Foster strong internal and external stakeholder relationships for seamless service delivery

Responsabilidades

- Strong performance track record
- International mindset; ability to work remotely with peers across locations
- 1 year of experience at Cigna xugodme
- 2 years in a Claims role
- Experience with Claims IOH processes
- Fluency in English
- Good communication; proficient with Windows tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong process mapping and documentation skills
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar methodologies
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with root-cause capability
- Ability to translate complex processes into clear procedures and training materials
- Experience supporting change management and operational excellence
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills
- Advanced Excel, reporting, and data analysis skills
- Growth mindset and accountability
