As an IT Business Analyst, you bridge business stakeholders and development teams to translate needs into actionable requirements. You work in agile cross‑functional teams on IT solutions that support Allianz's digital transformation, guiding the product lifecycle from elicitation to validation. You shape solutions through clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and specifications, while modeling processes and ensuring traceability.

- Elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements via workshops, interviews, and stakeholder sessions
- Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and specifications for development teams
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, developers, and testers in agile cross‑functional teams
- Model business processes and system behavior using UML, BPMN, or similar notations
- Validate and prioritize requirements with stakeholders,



ensuring traceability throughout the product lifecycle
- Support the development team during implementation and clarify requirements during sprints
- Contribute to test case definition and user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet expectations

Responsabilidades

- Solid knowledge of requirements engineering techniques (elicitation, analysis, specification, validation)
- Experience in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and with Jira and Confluence
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking; ability to structure complex problems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management; xugodme fluent English; German a plus
- 2–3 years of professional experience as a Requirements Engineer or Business Analyst in IT or financial services
- University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Information Systems, or related field is a plus
- Familiarity with AI technologies and GenAI platforms is a strong advantage
