In this role, you will lead agile delivery for enterprise integrations, driving sprint commitments and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders. You’ll partner with Product Owners to clarify requirements and optimize delivery processes, influencing project metrics and outcomes. Located in Barcelona, you join a culture of continuous innovation and collaboration, shaping scalable integration solutions that align with Gartner’s mission.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Facilitate all scrum ceremonies (planning, grooming, daily stand-ups, retros)
- Drive sprint commitments, roadmap releases, and delivery process improvements
- Remove impediments and foster accountability and collaboration
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to clarify and prioritize requirements
- Track and report project metrics (velocity, burndown, capacity) and maintain leadership dashboards
- Manage project timelines, deliverables,



and dependencies for integration projects
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues across the lifecycle
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and onboard new team members
- Serve as main point of contact for project communications and stakeholder relationships

Responsabilidades

- 2–4 years of project management experience in a scrum/AGILE environment
- Experience facilitating scrum ceremonies and working with agile teams
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Jira and Confluence xugodme
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) is a must
- PMP is a plus
- Experience with AWS (Lambda, SQS, EventBridge) integration projects is a plus
- Experience in a shared services environment is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field or equivalent experience
