Responsibilities

- Assist in designing, configuring, and testing software based on project requirements.

- Participate in the full implementation lifecycle, including documentation, testing (System, Integration, and Performance), and deployment.

- Support post-go-live maintenance and issue resolution.

- Perform data-related tasks such as extraction, transformation, and loading using RDBMS tools.

- Prepare and maintain technical documentation for both internal teams and clients.

- Participate in quality, safety, environmental, and information security programs.

- Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

- Continuously update your knowledge through security training and best-practice learning.

Requirements

- At least 1 year of experience in a software‑related role such as a junior developer, support analyst, or intern.

- Exposure to software development environments or system implementation projects.





- A demonstrated interest in the software development lifecycle and client delivery.

- Bonus experience (advantageous but not essential): Java, JavaScript, or .NET programming languages.

- Technologies such as HTML, SQL, XML, Internet Protocols, LINUX, or Windows.

- Basic understanding of RDBMS and ability to perform simple data manipulation tasks.

- Familiarity with issue tracking systems for problem management and resolution.
