At PRAXIS , we're looking for a Junior Legal Analyst to join a global regulatory and contractual documentation project.

Previous specific professional experience is not required.

This opportunity is particularly suitable for recent Law graduates or junior legal professionals interested in developing experience in banking, contracts, regulatory projects and international stakeholder management .

? The Challenge: What You'll Be Doing

You'll support a global BRRD Repapering initiative focused on ensuring that clients within the project scope complete the required amendments to their Master Agreements.

Your responsibilities will include

- Track clients and ongoing contractual negotiations.
- Maintain project records, documentation and trackers.
- Follow up proactively on outstanding cases.
- Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Review contractual and legal documentation.
- Track documentation through the signature process.
- Support contractual amendment and renegotiation activities.
- Follow Master Agreements throughout the documentation lifecycle.
- Support the incorporation of relevant Bail-in and Stay provisions.




- Assist with ISDA BRRD Protocol adherence or Bilateral Amendment Agreements.
- Support corporate and operational matters related to the project.

⚖️ Candidate Requirements We're looking for someone with:
- Completed Bachelor's Degree in Law – Mandatory.
- Fully fluent English.
- Fully fluent Spanish.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Confidence interacting with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Availability to work in Boadilla del Monte at least three days per week.
- Availability to join ASAP.
