Main Tasks:

Procurement Environment and Market Insight:

Analyzing of supplier development and information on their market trends;

Monitoring the price impact of economic environment changes on the basic cost elements of the market.

Supplier sourcing and qualification support for new product/service capabilities;

Procurement operation:

Supplier contract clause clarification and negotiation preparation

Procurement Contract Management and internal control operation

Core internal&external; Meeting organization, recording and summarizing, then publicity if need

Suppliers Management:

Supplier performance management, including evaluation, performance result communication with suppliers, improvement action setting and monitoring. and supplier voice collection and response.





Supplier Corrective Action Request(SCAR) management

General requirements:

- Degree or Master in Business Administration, Communication, Engineering, Finance, Laws，Accounting.
- Good communication and coordination skills, and teamwork spirit; Organized, detail –oriented.
- Well acquainted with Windows operating system and office software, such as Excel PPT and word
- Fluent in English (official qualifications are a plus)

Experience 1-3 years related work experience

Language:

English & Spanish fluent in writing and speaking

Education:

Bachelor Degree or above.
