In this role you lead Spain’s labor relations strategy and risk management, aligning legal requirements with business goals. You’ll coordinate with works councils and unions across regions to ensure compliant, constructive dialogue. You’ll manage BAU processes and guide negotiations to support company decisions.

This position focuses on building a consistent social climate and advancing the establishment of an European Works Council. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to drive lawful, timely outcomes that support growth.

- Develop regional labor relations strategy aligned with legal and cultural contexts
- Standardize communications and strategies across EMEA and the EWC
- Oversee BAU processes including annual consultations and working groups
- Partner with leadership to incorporate social requirements in early design phases of initiatives
- Lead Works Council negotiations and mandatory consultations




- Ensure adherence to labor laws and minimize compliance risks
- Manage relationships with local representatives to prevent escalations
- Collaborate with Employment Legal, Statutory Directors, and Business HR to navigate country-specific laws
- Act as liaison between EMEA leadership and social partners

Responsabilidades

- Expert knowledge of collective labor law and works agreements
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Experience in HR or in-house xugodme legal with works council negotiations and cross-functional projects
- Exposure to international business environment
- Strong conflict resolution and stakeholder management skills
- Structured, proactive, and strategic work style
