In this role you drive finance analytics and AI-enabled finance across Hopper. You own the data warehouse strategy, governance, and the finance ledger, while leading a reporting CoE and a Finance AI automation roadmap. You partner with FPu0026amp;A, accounting, and data teams to optimize GCP costs and establish a single source of truth for performance. You’ll manage a small engineering/strategy team and shape high-impact, data-driven decisions in a fast-growing travel platform.

- Make Finance the single source of truth and enable self-service analytics for stakeholders




- Manage a team of 4 engineers and 1 finance u0026 strategy manager
- Establish internal controls and support external audits related to data governance

Responsabilidades

- 15+ years in travel and/or SaaS
- Bachelor's Degree (Master's preferred)
- Engineering background preferred
- Fluency in SQL, Python, GCP and Data Science; hands-on coding
- Understanding of LLM-based systems, prompt design, and AI model evaluation frameworks
- Familiarity with automation frameworks and observability tools (Amplitude, Datadog, Looker) to assess reliability xugodme and performance
- Strong data reconciliation skills across large, multi-source datasets
- First-principles thinking; ability to question assumptions and stress-test processes
- Clear communicator with senior leadership and external partners
- Comfort with ambiguity and ground-zero building
