In this role you lead the PMC Engineering group, overseeing engineering activities across the Engineering and Procurement phases. You ensure competency and proper resourcing, provide governance and technical opinion, and coordinate interfaces among disciplines and contractors. You influence design reviews, safety, and environmental considerations while maintaining project progress and risk management.

- Lead the PMC Engineering group day-to-day and supervise contractors during Engineering and Procurement phases
- Ensure engineering staff are competent for the PMC scope
- Develop and implement engineering processes, procedures, and systems
- Ensure appropriate resourcing across disciplines to meet PMC Contract requirements
- Provide independent PM consultancy, identify shortfalls and recovery plans
- Participate in design reviews considering constructability, operability, maintainability, safety and environmental factors




- Coordinate vendor document reviews and obtain Owner approvals for Engineering design
- Interface management between Projects and Piping, Mechanical, Structural, and Eu0026I disciplines
- Participate in key customer reviews and conduct succession and performance assessments
- Develop and mentor personnel, ensuring efficient and right-first-time work
- Lead safety leadership during site visits and maintain Wood PMT practices
- Coordinate governance and technical interfaces across project stages
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
- Resolve conflicts in a large multicultural, multi-discipline team
- Carry out bid evaluation, issue clarifications, xugodme and prepare recommendations
- Incorporate field-requested changes into Engineering deliverables

Responsabilidades

- Bachelor in Engineering or equivalent
- 15+ years in Oil u0026 Gas or Petrochemical industries
- 5+ years in GCC region (preferred)
- 5+ years in a similar leadership position on major Oil u0026 Gas or Petrochemical projects
- FEED u0026 EPC experience
- PMC roles experience
- Offshore experience (minimum 5 years)
- ADNOC experience required
- Experience managing a team of Specialists, Senior Engineers, and Engineers
