In this role you lead and grow the Structural u0026amp; Geotechnical Engineering team, overseeing design for utility-scale solar tracker projects to ensure technical excellence and compliance. You drive value engineering, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and set processes and KPIs to improve efficiency. You translate complex civil concepts for stakeholders and shape how projects meet Eurocodes and international standards.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Lead and mentor structural, geotechnical and operations engineering teams
- Oversee the civil and structural design process for utility-scale solar tracker projects
- Develop tracker layouts, foundation calculations, mechanical sets, and civil construction plans
- Perform and review advanced structural analyses and foundation designs
- Lead value engineering to reduce costs and improve project efficiency




- Ensure compliance with Eurocodes and relevant standards
- Coordinate with regional management and cross-functional teams on product standards and design changes
- Establish team processes, workload prioritization, and KPI metrics
- Support reports with ongoing technical training, resource allocation, and conflict resolution

Responsabilidades

- MSc in Civil Engineering
- Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Proven leadership and people-management experience
- 7–10 years xugodme in the solar utility-scale industry
- Advanced expertise in structural analysis software and foundation calculations
- Deep knowledge of Eurocodes and international civil design regulations
- Excellent communication and ability to translate technical concepts to stakeholders
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Strong organizational skills and decision-making in fast-paced environments
- Self-motivated team player with problem-solving mindset
