Responsibilities

- - Perform comprehensive vehicle maintenance and repairs.

- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in vehicles.

- Provide high‑quality customer service and technical excellence.

- Discuss vehicle problems with drivers/operators to identify faults.

- Test and adjust mechanical parts after repair for proper performance.

- Tune engines using electronic equipment for smoother running.

- Repair and replace worn or defective parts, reassemble mechanical components, and refer to service manuals as needed.

- Perform scheduled maintenance services (oil changes, lubrication, engine tune‑ups)



to ensure smooth operation and compliance with pollution regulations.

- Test and repair electrical systems, including lighting, instrumentation, ignition, and electronic fuel injection.

- Reassemble engines and parts after repairs.

- Detect and diagnose mechanical and electrical faults. xugodme

- Respond to vehicle breakdown service calls.

Qualifications

- - Australian Trade Certificate in Automotive Technology

- Minimum 1 year experience as a Motor Mechanic in a busy Australian workshop

- Experience with all types of vehicles (not limited to a specific brand)

- Experience with Ultra Tune network or general auto maintenance is an advantage
