? We’re Hiring: Customer Service Agent - German Speaker

At Netzon Group , we’re growing fast—and we’re looking for motivated Customer Service Agents to join our International Team in Barcelona for our New Balance Campaign.

? About the Role

As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their questions are answered and issues resolved efficiently. You’ll play a key role in delivering a positive customer experience and representing New Balance.

✅ Key Responsibilities

- Work with customers to answer product information and resolve queries in a skillful and professional way.
- Put yourself in our customers shoes, analyze their problems and tailor solutions for them.
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, chat and social media.
- Become an expert and brand ambassador for New Balance.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service quality.





? What We’re Looking For

- Fluency in both German and English.
- A passion for helping customers.
- Ability to deal with sensitive calls with empathy.
- Strong administrative skills with an eye for details.
- A strong professional and proactive approach to problem solving.

? What We Offer

- Start Date: ASAP.
- Contract: Temporary (3 months with 1 month of probation).
- Part-Time: 25 hours per week.
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 15:00 to 20:00 - Rotative Saturdays (2 per month)
- Salary: €13,086.78 gross per year.
- Working Model: Hybrid - 6 days per month in the office.
- Training: Full-Time Training for 7 days. Office Based, Monday to Friday from 10 AM to 7 PM.
- Office Location: Barcelona (Eixample).
