As an AI Engineer at WAVE, you turn briefs into prototypes and production-ready AI solutions, focusing on agent- and LLM-based work with ML where suitable. You will work across software, data science, and AI design to accelerate business development and project delivery. You combine practical engineering with reuse and scalability, collaborating with Quotient and client-facing teams to demonstrate technical credibility.

This role offers hands-on delivery at the intersection of AI engineering, productization, and consulting, within a fast-moving, inclusive culture. You’ll help ship reusable prototypes and guide them toward scalable production that delivers tangible client impact.

- Build AI agent and LLM-based solutions to support business development and project execution
- Develop traditional ML and analytical models where appropriate
- Prototype disruptive delivery formats (agents, avatars, visual formats) to reduce dependence on slides and meetings
- Design for reuse and scale,



coordinating with Quotient Inside when productizing
- Translate business needs into technical execution with the Technical Business Partner
- Collaborate with Platform/Infrastructure Engineers to ensure reliable deployment
- Pair with Front-end / AI Content Creator on client-facing outputs
- Join client discussions to demonstrate technical credibility
- Move quickly from experiment to delivery while maintaining quality

Responsabilidades

- Fluency in Python and modern AI/ML tooling across the build lifecycle
- Hands-on experience shipping LLM-based or ML solutions under time pressure
- For data-science-leaning track: strong ML math foundations xugodme and modelling techniques
- For software-engineering-leaning track: robust software engineering practices including testing and deployment
- Ability to make practical design decisions quickly and keep moving
- Experience building solutions usable in real-world settings, not just experiments
- Full professional English; Spanish welcome
