As Platform / Infrastructure Engineer, you design and maintain the WAVE infrastructure to enable rapid AI-enabled delivery. You’ll build scalable cloud foundations, CI/CD pipelines, and self-serve environments that empower engineers to prototype and deploy with confidence. You’ll work with AI engineers and partners to ensure reliable, reusable platforms. This role combines hands-on platform building with shaping how engineering foundations scale across a fast-moving team.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Design, build, and maintain the team's cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines
- Set up CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and disaster-recovery capabilities to enable rapid prototype-to-deployment cycles
- Provide infrastructure-as-a-service via self-serve environments to avoid bottlenecks
- Advise on infrastructure choices to support scale for each solution
- Collaborate with AI engineers to ensure deployment, monitoring,



and maintenance be effective
- Guide environment design, release management, and operational resilience
- Support a consistent engineering experience across projects and promote reuse
- Contribute to a platform mindset where infrastructure is a product for the team

Responsabilidades

- Kubernetes experience with a major cloud platform (Azure and/or AWS)
- Solid CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code experience
- Experience designing and supporting disaster-recovery xugodme capabilities
- Ability to build and run internal platforms relied upon by other engineers
- Practical understanding of deployment, reliability, and scale across multiple solutions
- Full professional English proficiency
