In this role you drive lean-driven continuous improvement across operations, delivering tangible ROI by reducing waste and optimizing processes. You’ll train, facilitate, and lead Kaizen events, partnering with leadership to implement a Lean transformation and balance scorecard metrics. You work with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks, improve supplier performance, and sustain a culture of data-driven problem solving.

- Lead Kaizen and continuous improvement events to tackle systemic problems
- Develop and deploy Lean transformation with planned resource allocations
- Implement and monitor balanced scorecard metrics (safety, quality, delivery, productivity)
- Analyze processes, map value streams, and drive data-driven improvements
- Oversee suppliers’ performance, pricing, SLAs and service quality
- Support global engineering-led initiatives and align with local operational requirements
- Provide formal and informal Lean training and capability development

Responsabilidades
- Bachelor in Industrial Engineering or related discipline
- 3+ years in fast-paced, high-volume distribution or manufacturing environments xugodme
- Experience in lean, continuous improvement, and problem solving
- Moderate Kaizen facilitation experience and value-stream mapping preferred
- Strong analytical, data interpretation, and process mapping skills
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; knowledge of WMS preferred
- Strong communication and training/facilitation abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a general context
