As Marketing Cloud Product Owner, you define, prioritise, and deliver the roadmap for Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud, aligning marketing automation with business goals. You bridge business stakeholders, marketing teams, and technical delivery groups to maximise value and support enterprise initiatives. You own the end-to-end lifecycle from vision to continuous optimisation, driving adoption and measurable outcomes.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Define and communicate a clear product vision aligned with marketing, CRM, and business objectives; maintain the Marketing Cloud roadmap including campaign orchestration, personalisation, and lead management
- Own and prioritise the product backlog based on value, ROI, and dependencies; translate business needs into user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria; continuously groom backlog
- Act as the voice of the business and customer; collaborate with Marketing, Data Cloud, CRM/Sales, Data u0026 Analytics,



and Integration teams; provide end-user demos and trainings
- Drive design and evolution of Marketing Cloud capabilities (journey orchestration, audience segmentation, personalisation, campaign automation) and ensure governance and best practices
- Work with Agile teams in PI and sprint planning; clarify requirements, remove blockers, ensure timely delivery, and validate against acceptance criteria
- Define KPIs and success metrics; monitor performance; use data to refine roadmap and prioritisation
- Establish governance, enablement, and adoption through documentation, training, and regulatory/compliance xugodme awareness

Responsabilidades

- Marketing automation, CRM, and digital marketing experience (5–10 years)
- Hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience; knowledge of Eloqua/Marketo is a plus
- Strong Agile/Scrum, backlog management, and sprint lifecycle skills
- Stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and clear communication
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and measurable outcomes
- Analytical, data-driven decision making and KPI tracking
