In this role you will expand Factorial's partner network in the UKu0026amp;I region by identifying and onboarding partners, managing reseller relationships, and driving revenue through channel collaboration. You will work cross-functionally with SDRs, Product, Marketing, and Leadership to grow market presence and address partner needs. This hands-on position offers ownership and impact on growth, customer reach, and strategic partnerships.

You will play a key role with founding members to shape the UKu0026amp;I market within a fast-growing SaaS company.

Compensaciones / Ventajas

- Search for new potential partners and manage the full sales cycle to join the partners program
- Identify and cultivate strategic partner relationships in HR space
- Develop and manage a UKu0026I reseller network with partners and distribution partners
- Serve as primary contact for multiple partners




- Conduct regular partner and client meetings to demo and resolve issues
- Gather partner/client feedback to identify pains and opportunities for channel development
- Upsell Factorial products/services to partners based on client needs
- Collaborate daily with SDRs, Product, Marketing, Customer Experience and Senior Leadership
- Contribute to the UKu0026I market strategy with founding team members

Responsabilidades

- 3-4 years of experience in Partnerships, Sales/B2B, preferably xugodme SaaS or digital transformation
- Strong communication skills and ability to build trust quickly
- Proactive, with a driven and entrepreneurial mindset
- English expert speaker; other languages a plus
- Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate
