In this role you will lead the execution of a portfolio of client events within McKinsey's Optimize Events team. You collaborate with internal stakeholders and event managers to ensure flawless delivery, aligning programs with client goals and firm messaging. You’ll act as a strategic advisor, balancing hands-on project work with high-level guidance, while managing budgets and fostering cross-functional collaboration.

This position offers global exposure, mentorship, and a meaningful impact on attendee experiences and business outcomes.

Responsabilidades

- 6+ years' experience in strategic meeting planning in a professional services environment
- Credible leadership, analytics, problem-solving, project management, and communication skills
- Ability to offer new ideas and constructively challenge xugodme conventional wisdom
- Strong inclusive problem solving and synthesizing insights into actionable recommendations
- Ability to establish trust across geographies and roles with a non-hierarchical influencing style
- Willingness to travel as required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for senior leaders and stakeholders
