As a SWR Pricing Manager, you will translate HQ pricing strategy into local actions for Spain u0026amp; Portugal, enabling Sales while protecting profitability and governance. You’ll partner with Sales, Finance, and HQ Pricing to drive pricing execution across all product categories and ensure alignment with GTM plans. You’ll shape pricing communications, monitor performance, and support forecasting and BI-driven insights.

This role offers the chance to influence regional pricing in a global, cross-functional setting and contribute to Bridgestone’s mission of safer, more sustainable mobility.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Lead pricing execution across all product categories in line with HQ strategy and governance
- Translate central pricing guidelines into local actions and tactical plans
- Prepare and manage price lists and pricing communications
- Monitor pricing performance, profitability and variances vs budget/LY
- Support financial forecasting processes (OB, MBP) and pricing-related reporting
- Provide operational tools and support to Sales teams for effective market execution




- Drive process standardization, simplification and adoption of pricing and BI tools
- Strengthen cross-functional collaboration to align pricing, GTM strategy and customer needs
- Provide market insights and support value-based pricing initiatives

Responsabilidades

- 5-10 years in Pricing, Commercial Finance, Sales Operations or Revenue Management
- Experience managing price lists, discounts and pricing governance
- Experience with pricing tools, SAP or advanced analytics environments
- Experience in Automotive or B2B distribution xugodme environments
- Strong forecasting, margin analysis and pricing performance monitoring
- Solid experience working with Sales teams and supporting commercial execution
- Advanced Excel and BI tools experience
- Exposure to multinational organizations with centralized pricing governance
- Fluent English
