As Principal Product Manager for AI in the Rapidminer data and AI platform, you drive the vision and strategy that unlocks enterprise value through AI. You lead a cross-functional team to shape the product, align with platform direction, and deliver measurable business outcomes. You partner with senior leadership, marketing, and customers to define go-to-market approaches and ensure successful execution.

This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on product delivery in a hybrid, general environment.

- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing product management team
- Collaborate across marketing, sales, and customers to shape go-to-market plans and revenue goals

- Own product outcomes and support customers during high-impact engagements
- Advocate for products with internal stakeholders, customers, analysts, and broader audiences
- Work with engineering leadership to refine development frameworks, processes, and team practices

Responsabilidades

- Demonstrated product leadership and ability to build a high-performing team
- Commercial, enterprise software market experience
- Deep xugodme understanding of data science, ML, AI, and hands-on familiarity with low-code/no-code tools or Python in enterprise settings
- Strong knowledge of data- and AI-focused enterprise software and related technologies
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English
