As Principal Process Safety Engineer, you will own Rondo's global risk-based PSM program and serve as the technical authority on hazard evaluation across sites worldwide. You will set global safety standards, lead the most complex studies, and build a distributed facilitator network to ensure consistent safety practices. You’ll drive risk-based decision making in multi-site deployments while advancing a first-of-a-kind energy technology.

This role offers high-impact work shaping safety for a growing, zero-carbon energy platform.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Own and scale the global risk-based PSM program across jurisdictions
- Lead and standardize PHA methods (HAZID, HAZOP, LOPA) and calibrate local facilitators
- Own the global PHA action register and governance; drive closure of high-risk actions




- Serve as mandatory PS reviewer in MOC and manage PSSR and PSI as system of record
- Build global PS competency through training and a network of qualified facilitators

Responsabilidades

- BS in chemical, mechanical, process, or related engineering
- ~10-15+ years of process/safety engineering experience
- Multi-site/international PS experience with PSM elements
- Travel willingness (25-40%)
- Proficiency with hazard evaluation methods (HAZID/HAZOP/LOPA) and risk-based recommendations
- Experience xugodme with thermal energy storage hazards and high-temperature systems
- Knowledge of IEC 61511 and functional safety lifecycle practices
- Ability to influence and mentor across cultures and time zones
