? What you will do:

- Support Our Teams: Guide internal requestors to accurately prepare their Expense Request forms.
- Own the System: Efficiently enter and manage Expense Requests directly within SAP.
- Connect the Dots: Partner and collaborate daily with key stakeholders across Contracts, Finance, and Legal to keep processes moving smoothly.
- Ensure Quality: Meticulously review documents and workflows to guarantee accuracy and compliance.

? What we are looking for:
- ? Education:



University degree in Economics, Business Administration (ADE), Finance, or a related field.
- ?️ Languages: Full professional fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) is required.
- ? Mindset: Highly organized, logical thinker, and capable of managing multiple requests simultaneously.
- ? Flexibility: Adaptable to changing priorities and fast-paced environments.
- ? Skills: Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude.

➕ Bonus Points (Nice-to-haves):
- Experience using SAP or Ariba (not mandatory, we will train you!).
- Good command of Microsoft Excel .
- Basic familiarity with foundational accounting concepts.
