In this role you will lead the Procurement Program Management Office to drive strategic objectives and continuous improvement across Hydro Extrusions. You will coordinate the annual procurement plan, develop dashboards and KPI reports, and ensure program governance and tool usage. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and report to the VP of Procurement, shaping how procurement adds value globally.

Compensaciones / Beneficios

- Govern the annual procurement business plan across Hydro Extrusion and business unit teams
- Develop and communicate dashboards and KPI reports tracking savings, performance, and initiative progress
- Maintain and update initiatives and savings in the Provalido system
- Monitor performance, identify risks, and drive improvement plans with procurement teams




- Develop and oversee strategic procurement initiatives with VP Procurement
- Maintain and use procurement tools (spend cube, contract repository, sustainability reporting tools, savings tracking, SharePoint)
- Build relationships with Corporate, Business Area, and Business Unit stakeholders to align priorities
- Lead development and implementation of procurement policies, procedures, and governance frameworks
- Coordinate training and knowledge sharing across procurement teams

Responsabilidades xugodme

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Minimum 15 years in a PMO or equivalent program/project environment
- Proven ability to develop executive presentations, dashboards, and performance reports
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
