In this role you shape and own the long-term digital product portfolio and platform strategy for DNV’s energy-focused digital solutions. You will lead the transformation of independent product lines into a cohesive, platform-driven ecosystem, aligning investments with business goals and customer needs. You’ll coach product teams, drive portfolio decisions, and partner with senior stakeholders to deliver value, growth, and competitive advantage.

This is a high-exposure role offering influence across the organization and the chance to help accelerate the energy transition through data-driven products.

- 10+ years in Digital Product Management
- 5+ years in Product Portfolio Management
- proven track record in defining, scaling, and optimizing digital products within complex global organizations
- experience coaching Product Managers and implementing best practices
- cross-functional leadership and ability to influence without xugodme direct authority
- energy sector experience with understanding customer challenges and market dynamics
- ability to translate customer needs and market opportunities into product vision and measurable outcomes
- expertise in portfolio lifecycle management, prioritization, and product rationalization
- understanding of platform-based product models and shared capabilities to drive scale
