As Project Manager for Onboard u0026amp; Urban Signalling in Madrid, you will drive end-to-end project execution to deliver critical rail signaling systems. You’ll lead cross-functional teams, manage performance and contract risk, and align stakeholders with the program goals. You’ll tackle complex challenges that enable safe, reliable mobility at scale, partnering with diverse teams and external partners.

Compensaciones / Beneficios

- Plan and manage full project execution from transfer to close-out per Contract / Program Charter
- Lead project teams including internal and external members
- Manage project performance (cash, margin, quality, delivery, customer satisfaction)
- Ensure contract compliance and protect Alstom's rights




- Drive risk and opportunity management proactively
- Align stakeholders and represent Alstom to customers and partners
- Monitor KPIs and report to senior management
- Ensure compliance with EHS standards and Code of Ethics

Responsabilidades

- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering or related field
- 5-8 years of Project Management experience
- Background in railway systems is highly valued
- Strong knowledge of project xugodme management processes
- Experience managing subcontractors and diverse product environments
- Experience working in multicultural and multinational contexts
- Fluent Spanish and high level of English (French is a plus)
- Goal-oriented mindset and strong leadership skills
