In this role you drive cost management for complex Data Center projects, leading a team within larger project groups and interfacing with clients and stakeholders. You’ll own estimation, cost planning, procurement, and post-contract cost control, delivering accurate cost reporting and valuations. You will guide the cost management function to optimise value and support project success, contributing to Turner u0026amp; Townsend’s mission to transform challenging projects into tangible outcomes.

- Lead client and stakeholder interface across project stages
- Provide estimate and cost planning, including final estimate
- Oversee procurement activities: pre-qualification, tender lists, tender analysis, tender report, and contract documents
- Manage post-contract cost variances and change control processes
- Oversee cost checks, payment recommendations, and coaching of staff as needed
- Ensure timely,



accurate cost checking and valuation processes
- Produce monthly cost reports and present findings to the client

Responsabilidades

- 8+ years of experience in cost management
- Broad experience across planning, estimating, pre-contract, post-contract and final account
- Experience preparing cost management estimates and reports
- Experience advising on value management, value engineering, and life cycle costing
- Understanding of cost components (labour, plant, materials), cashflow, commitments xugodme and overall project costs
- Experience with business development aspects
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking and team player abilities
- English required; Spanish preferred
- Excellent presentation, verbal, written, and communication skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office and modern cost management digital tools
