As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead GlobalView implementation projects from planning through go-live and client transition. You will manage scope, budget, timeline, and quality, acting as the trusted advisor to clients and stakeholders. You will guide cross-functional teams, develop adaptive project plans, and ensure adherence to ADP methodologies.

You will shape strategy, governance, and resourcing while driving successful client outcomes and adoption of the GlobalView platform. This role offers opportunities to impact general payroll and HR transformation for top organizations.

Responsabilidades

- 5+ years of directly related project management experience
- Proven track record delivering complex implementations xugodme or enterprise projects
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
- Preferred: experience in Payroll, HR Technology, SaaS, or IT implementation
- Preferred: formal PM certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent)
- Preferred: SAP HCM experience
- Expertise in project planning, resource scheduling, and budget management
- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
- Strong client-facing consulting and relationship management skills
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
